1. Return Policy

We offer an easy return process under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear and undergarments

• Customized or personalized products

• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the website

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if specified)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will review your request and approve the return

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return shipping instructions

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues

• Defective or damaged products

• Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images/videos as proof

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned as per policy

8. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the reason for return

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
